I'm searching for Production Assessor/ Trainer on rotation for one of the International Oil&Gas production and processing companies in Kazakhstan.

The purpose of the role is to carry out assessment of technicians in the workplace to a predetermine competence assurance standard. Required to make formal workplace assessment against an approved standard, and record decisions of competence achievement and give feedback to candidates. Must be able to review the assessment methods available and provide solutions to carry out the role in the most safe and efficient way.

â—¦Delivering feedback to candidates and assessors
â—¦Maintaining accurate records on clients database

Requirements:
• university or colleague degree
• working experience in Oil&Gas industry
• assessing certification/courses
• 5 years of experience in assessment of operation within production sector
• experience in Sour Hydrocarbon environment
• Fluent Russian, good to know English
