Lowongan Senior Engineer Pipeline, Mechanical, Structure - PT. Dinamika Teknik Persada

PT Dinamika Teknik Persada, an Engineering Consultants focused on providing engineering and technical services to the oil and gas industry, is seeking high caliber candidates to fill vacancies for the following positions:
 
 
SR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities:
• Maintain responsibility for the structural engineering discipline.
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the deliverables list, identify requirements and scope of work
• Review scope of work, attend kick-off meeting and highlight any major concerns of the projects, take appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
• Co-ordination and management of the assigned Discipline Engineers and Designers to ensure adequate staffing, technical quality, timely work performance and schedules and budgets established are maintained.
• Review the work of the personnel assigned to him/her for adequacy, technical quality and fit for purpose.
• Review and approval of all documents produced by his/her team and ensuring that the single discipline/inter-discipline checking is carried out as per the Company procedures.
• Co-ordination of client requirements with Customers and the vendors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Offshore Structure / Civil Engineering with min 5 years experience in design and engineering for offshore platforms in oil & gas projects
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Excellent skills in design analysis of offshore struture using SACS and other related softwares
• Excellentsi communication skills
• A high level of customer focus
• Fluent in English
• Understand & familiar with ISO 9001 : 2008
 
 
 
SR PIPELINE ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities:
• Maintain responsibility for the pipeline engineering discipline.
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the deliverables list, identify requirements and scope of work
• Review scope of work, attend kick-off meeting and highlight any major concerns of the projects, take appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
• Co-ordination and management of the assigned Discipline Engineers and Designers to ensure adequate staffing, technical quality, timely work performance and schedules and budgets established are maintained.
• Review the work of the personnel assigned to him/her for adequacy, technical quality and fit for purpose.
• Review and approval of all documents produced by his/her team and ensuring that the single discipline/inter-discipline checking is carried out as per the Company procedures.
• Co-ordination of client requirements with Customers and the vendors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering with min 5 years experience in design and engineering for pipeline systems in oil & gas projects
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Excellent skills in design analysis of pipeline using AUTOPIPE and other related softwares
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of customer focus
• Fluent in English
• Understand & familiar with ISO 9001 : 2008
 
 
 
SR MECHANICAL ENGINEER
 
Responsibilities:
• Maintain responsibility for the mechanical engineering discipline.
• Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the deliverables list, identify requirements and scope of work
• Review scope of work, attend kick-off meeting and highlight any major concerns of the projects, take appropriate initiatives to address the issues.
• Co-ordination and management of the assigned Discipline Engineers and Designers to ensure adequate staffing, technical quality, timely work performance and schedules and budgets established are maintained.
• Review the work of the personnel assigned to him/her for adequacy, technical quality and fit for purpose.
• Review and approval of all documents produced by his/her team and ensuring that the single discipline/inter-discipline checking is carried out as per the Company procedures.
• Co-ordination of client requirements with Customers and the vendors.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years experience in design and engineering for pressure equipment and storage tank in oil & gas projects
• Sound understanding of applicable local & international engineering standards and codes of practice
• Excellent skills in design analysis of pressure vessel and tank using PV ELITE and TANK or other related softwares
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of customer focus
• Fluent in English
• Understand & familiar with ISO 9001 : 2008

Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2. Shutdown System

Apa yang membedakan antara PSD dan ESD? Secara umum keduanya berfungsi "membawa" sistem pemroses ke "keadaan yang lebih aman". Namun secara spesifik PSD lebih ditujukan kepada sebab sebab Process Specific seperti: Overpressure di bagian hilir kompressor, temperatur tinggi di heater untuk fuel gas, level yang terlau rendah di slug catcher, dst. Sementara ESD lebih ditujukan untuk menanggulangi dampak dari suatu kejadian yang sudah terjadi: misalnya gas yang telah bocor, kebakaran kecil di technical room, kebocoran minyak di pipeline, dst. Kedua jenis shutdown ini dapat pula dipicu oleh spurious trip atau gagalnya sistem shutdown tanpa sebab sebab yang diketahui dengan jelas. lebih rendah levelnya dari PSD ialah USD, atau Unit shutdown.
