Solid Control Engineer (Short-term Project)

To support our drilling operation in Aceh, MB Century (PT Century Dinamik Drilling) is seeking  for  short-term temporary project for position of:
 
Solid Control Engineer (Short-term Freelance)
Duties:
  • Assessing our (Solids Control) Equipment (e.g (centrifuges, VFD, Shakers,desanders, desilters, etc) to our onshore Drilling rigs and its installations.
  • Rig Surveys for the installation of Solids Control Equipment and associated equipment.
  • Making report based on the on-location Assessment to our SC Equipment and its installation, including giving advice or best practice recommendation.
Requirements:
  1. BSc/BE in Engineering or equivalent (Mechanical preferred)
  2. More than 5 years experience in the same position.
  3. The candidate should have experience on Derrick Solid control Equipment
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment.
  5. Must be able to communicate in English both written and oral.
  6. Must be computer literate (MS Office is compulsory)

Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2.
