VACANCY Design Engineer & Estimator, Project Engineer, Process Engineer & QA/QC Engineer

PT. Synco Synergy is chosen in Construction works, Engineering and General supplier , is currently seeking Indonesia's young professionals with motivation and determination for the following positions:

Project Engineer

Ø  Familiar AUTO CAD, MS.PROJECT, PRIMAVERA, MS OFFICE APPLICATION
Ø  Minimum STM in Mechanical Engineering with have 10 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.Ø  Minimum diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with have 5 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.
Ø  Familiar & good understand in ASME Code,AWS, API & DNV 2.7-1,EN/BS12079-1, etc
Ø  Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
 
QA/QC Engineer
Ø Understanding in QMS, ISO
Ø Familiar with oil & gas industry and standard
Ø Good skill in preparation of QA/QC procedures and plans
Ø  Minimum STM in Mechanical Engineering with have 10 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.   
Ø  Minimum diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with have 5 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural,
Ø  Familiar & good understand in ASME Code,AWS, API & DNV 2.7-1,EN/BS12079-1,MIGAS etc
Ø  Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
 

Design Engineer & Estimator

Ø  Familiar AUTO CAD, PV-Elite, Compress, MS.PROJECT, etc
Ø  Minimum STM in Mechanical Engineering with have 10 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.Ø  Minimum diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with have 5 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.
Ø  Familiar & good understand in ASME Code,AWS, API & DNV 2.7-1,EN/BS12079-1, etc
Ø  Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
 

Process Engineer

Ø  Familiar HTRI, ASPEN PLUS, AUTO CAD, PV-Elite, Compress, MS.PROJECT, etc
Ø  Minimum STM in Mechanical Engineering with have 10 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.Ø  Minimum diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering with have 5 years experience in fabrication pressure vessel, heat exchanger, piping, module, structural.
Ø  Familiar & good understand in ASME Code,AWS, API & DNV 2.7-1,EN/BS12079-1, etc
Ø  Excellent analytical and technical problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience

General Requirement

Ø  Welcome from STM/University/Polytechnic/Academy, Male, min 26 years old.
Ø  Strong leadership, independent, less supervision, high motivation, willing do to learn for new aspect.
Ø  Good team work, service / target oriented, good communication skills, Able to works under pressure meets the required deadline and good health.
Ø  Familiar with 5S & ISO 9000 and Manufacturing and Project system process.
Ø  Excellent English speaking and writing ability supported with good knowledge of MS OfficeØ  Must be willing to stay and/or work in remote locations at Indonesia & Others.

Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2.
