Vacancy Senior Estimator and Project Control for Multinational Compa

KBR is a leading global engineering, construction and service company supporting the energy, hydrocarbon, government service and civil infrastructure sectors. To fulfill the requirements in the recently awarded Projects, the Jakarta Engineering Office seeks talented and experienced Indonesian nationals to fill the following positions:
 
Senior Estimator
The candidate should be a graduate from reputable University with the following qualifications:
 
-         Experience and Accountable for the preliminary or definitive estimates for projects. Calculates estimates by using processes, labor availability and productivity, material prices, based on historical data.
 
-         Experience in Tabulates cost studies, cash flows, and prospect analysis. Under general supervision, solves complex problems requiring detailed knowledge of field and industry best practices in project controls.
 
-         Uses experience and problem solving skills to develop and improve processes.
 
-         May provide guidance to less experienced team members.
 
-         Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 7 years of experience.
 
 
Project Planner
 
With Requirement:
 
-         Bachelor Degree (S1) Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
 
-         5 Years of Experience in EPC Company (Engineering)
 
-         Experience  in using Primavera 6 for project.
 
 
 
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1.    Good command of both written and spoken English & Bahasa Indonesia is a Must
2.    Good communication skills and team player
3.    Good HSE Awareness and Trustworthy
     4.    Willing to take overseas Assignment

    There are many estimators in Perth who are well-trained and experienced in their field. Here is where we'll find success; find the right people for the job.

    Just to add up to that, we also need someone who is cautious with their work environment. These construction jobs are dangerous, and many people have risked their lives doing it (remember the news about the goods hoist drum motor that fell On a worker’s head?). So instead of risking more, find someone who can stay away from danger.

Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2. Shutdown System

Apa yang membedakan antara PSD dan ESD? Secara umum keduanya berfungsi "membawa" sistem pemroses ke "keadaan yang lebih aman". Namun secara spesifik PSD lebih ditujukan kepada sebab sebab Process Specific seperti: Overpressure di bagian hilir kompressor, temperatur tinggi di heater untuk fuel gas, level yang terlau rendah di slug catcher, dst. Sementara ESD lebih ditujukan untuk menanggulangi dampak dari suatu kejadian yang sudah terjadi: misalnya gas yang telah bocor, kebakaran kecil di technical room, kebocoran minyak di pipeline, dst. Kedua jenis shutdown ini dapat pula dipicu oleh spurious trip atau gagalnya sistem shutdown tanpa sebab sebab yang diketahui dengan jelas. lebih rendah levelnya dari PSD ialah USD, atau Unit shutdown.
