Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

· Ensuring
materials are delivered on site in time to meet

structural/mechanical applications.
· Responsible
for technical support to the project fabrication,

contractors.

· Design
of all Living Quarters piping systems drawings and
system design calculations
where required
· Monitoring
and supervising the piping installation activities,
carried out by local and
international contractors.
· Monitor
the quality and progress of the work scope and
adherence to company and
contractor procedures.
· Ensuring
the piping activities are carried out to meet client
specification.
· Ensuring
materials are delivered on site in time to meet
schedule.
· Providing
weekly progress reports to project manager.
· Participating
in technical and safety reviews for engineering
works.
· Sharing
information with the project team for piping
engineering applications.
· Responsible
for technical support to the project on piping
installation, commissioning and
operating procedures.
· Providing technical support related to design and
specifications.
Document
Controller
As Document Controller,
primarily you will prepare project deliverables to
client. Additionally you
will play an interface role dealing with all
disciplines with the project team
and vendors. You will be pivotal in working closely
with the project management
team regarding deliverables schedule and progress
update.
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of project
document register.
· Assign project numbers,
correspondence numbering system, communication data
logging, update softcopies
in server.
· Preparation of updated
schedules for incorporation in Client Monthly
Reports.
· Advising PE/PM of any
deviation from deliverables schedule.
· Liaising with other
members of the PMT and vendors – either to get their
input to update schedule
or providing schedule or providing schedule
information to allow others to
carry out their job.
· Compilation &
preparation of as-built and final documentation.
· Preparation of standard
template schedules for various activities and
issuance of transmittal notes for
documents.
· Focal point for data
transfer to/from client.
Planner/Scheduler
As Planner, primarily you will prepare
project schedules for tendering in either Primavera
and MS Project, planning,
control, progress measurement and reporting
procedures. Additionally you will
play an interface role dealing with all disciplines
with the project team. You
will be pivotal in working closely with the project
management team regarding
schedule deviations and progress monitoring.
Additionally you will be required
to carry out S-curves and various scenarios during
the works.
Responsibilities:
· Preparation of project schedules for
tendering.
· Running various scenarios for carrying
out the works.
· Preparation & maintenance of
detailed project schedules for live projects
· Preparation of S-curves and updated
schedules for incorporation in Client Monthly
Reports.
· Preparation of information for
incorporation into internal reporting.
· Advising PM/PCM of any deviation from
schedule.
· Working with PMT in coming up with
recovery measures when deviating from schedule.
· Running various scenarios during the
works – eg. to optimize schedule to price
variations.
· Liaising with other members of the PMT –
either to get their input to update schedule or
providing schedule or providing
schedule information to allow others to carry out
their job.
· Compilation & preparation of
as-built.
· Preparation of standard template
schedules for various activities.
· Preparation and updating a suite of
norms for various types of work.
Assistance with department manpower
