HARBOR MASTER

 

Key Responsibility: to provide management on the barge/harbor operation in order to ensure the correct operation of the port/marine facilities.

Requirements: bachelor/diploma degree in any discipline, at least 5 years hands-on experiences as harbor/barge master in the oil and gas construction company, strong leadership, good english communication skills, preferable has naval background and holding certificate of port facility security officer.
