Vacancy for Diving


PT Sigur Ros Indonesia is an EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation) company which focus it’s business in offshore pipeline/platform installation and transportation, hook up, saturation/air diving and pre-comissioning work within Oil & Gas Company. We are currently seeking a suitable person for the following position:

 
1.              AIR DIVING SUPERVISOR

The Air Diving Supervisor must be qualified and have passed IMCA examination Module 1. He is qualified to supervise all surface air diving operations, including decompression in a deck chamber..

This candidate must meet the following minimum criteria and in general he should have the following in his possession and certifications for site verification:
1.     Have a valid medical certificate, knows and comply with legal requirements, and possess a valid Safety Training certificate and a Dive Supervisor Logbook.
2.     Adhere and comply with the Company’s HSE policies.

2.              BELL/SATURATION DIVER

The Bell Diver must be qualified and holds UK HSE Part II, HSE Closed Bell, Norwegian Bell Diver Standard or IMCA recognized equivalent.

This candidate must meet the following minimum criteria and in general he should have the following in his possession and certifications for site verification:
1.     Have a valid medical certificate, knows and comply with legal requirements, and possess a valid Safety Training certificate and a Diver Logbook.
2.     Adhere and comply with the Company’s HSE policies.

3.              AIR DIVER

The Air Diver must be qualified and hold UK HSE Part I, HSE Surface Supplied, Norwegian Standard or IMCA recognized equivalent.

This candidate must meet the following minimum criteria and in general he should have the following in his possession and certifications for site verification:
1.     Have a valid medical certificate, knows and comply with legal requirements, and possess a valid Safety Training certificate and a Diver Logbook.
2.     Adhere and comply with the Company’s HSE policies.

4.              DIVER MEDIC (DMT DIVER – air and/or saturation)

DMT divers must hold as per IMCA diver qualification and certifications for the work they intend to carry out. They must have passed an approved diver medical technician course and must take regular refresher courses.

He must have with him the following in his possession and certifications for site verification:
1.     Have a valid medical certificate, knows and comply with legal requirements, and possess a valid Safety Training certificate and a Diver Logbook.
2.     Adhere and comply with the Company’s HSE policies.


5.              DIVE TECHNICIAN (AIR and/or SATURATION SYSTEM)

He should have the following in his possession and certifications for site verification:
1.     Holds IMCA Technician Card or a certificate in engineering and work on air and/or saturation diving systems; not less than 200 days offshore and duly recorded in Dive Technician logbook
2.     Have a valid medical certificate, knows and comply with legal requirements and possess a valid Safety Training certificate and a.
3.     Adhere and comply with the Company’s HSE policies.

Apa itu HSE ?

HSE adalah singkatan dari Health, Safety, Environment. HSE merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen sebuah perusahaan. Ada manejemen keuangan, manajemen sdm, dan juga ada Manajemen HSE. Di perusahaan, manajemen HSE biasanya dipimpin oleh seorang manajer HSE, yang bertugas untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengendalikan seluruh program HSE. Program  HSE disesuaikan dengan tingkat resiko dari masing-masing bidang pekerjaan. Misal HSE Konstruksi akan beda dengan HSE Pertambangan dan akan beda pula dengan HSE Migas . Pembahasan - Administrator Migas Bermula dari pertanyaan Sdr. Andri Jaswin (non-member) kepada Administrator Milis mengenai HSE. Saya jawab secara singkat kemudian di-cc-kan ke Moderator KBK HSE dan QMS untuk penjelasan yang lebih detail. Leak Off Test

Prinsipnya LOT (leak off test) dilakukan untuk menentukan tekanan dimana formasi mulai rekah. Tujuannya: 1. Menentukan MASP (Max. Allowable Surface Pressure). Yaitu batasan max surface pressure yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 2. Dengan mengetahui MASP, berarti juga kita bisa mengetahui Max. mud weight yg boleh kita terapkan selama drilling operation, tanpa mengakibatkan formasi rekah (fracture). 3. Menentukan Kick Tolerance. Yaitu maximum kick size yg masih bisa kita tolerir untuk dihandle. Parameter ini nantinya juga berperan untuk menentukan depth casing shoe yang aman dari sudut pandang well control issue. 4.
